Architectural conservation provides us with unique opportunities to stretch and challenge our expertise. Large scale projects to the smallest of intricate restorations. We take pride in being involved in the conservation and restoration of our built heritage.
The materials and techniques used on architectural structures such as fireplaces, plaster ceilings, mosaics, historic floors, sculptural embellishments etc, are often the same as required within the restoration of sculptures. Some of the finest carving and modelling can be found on a marble fireplace or high up on an elaborately decorated plaster ceiling.
Mareva Conservation undertakes a variety of conservation and restoration projects within the inner and outer fabric of historical buildings.
