Effigies, Sir W Dormer Monument

The alabaster figures were heavily soiled with dirt, dust and other undesirable surface accretions. Careful removal of the soiling was undertaken. It was done in stages using different conservation treatment methods to ensure that the best and the most appropriate treatment was chosen.
